Some people say invest in Penny Stocks. Some people say Growth Stocks is the way to go. Some people say Dividend Stocks are the best thing you can have. So many options and it can be confusing. Today, I break down the best way to analyze and determine the best choice for you. However, we have to start with the idea that stocks are business and not just numbers on a screen. Therefore to know the best option you must know about the business. The analysis of the company to understand it is called Fundamental Analysis. It has two parts: Qualitative and Quantitative
The easiest way to understand Qualitative Analysis is that this is the thing that makes a company special. It is the Mamba Mentality of the company. It is the sauce within the Krusty Krab burger that makes it dominate. Thing that makes the business special. On the other hand Quantitative Analysis is simple the numbers of the company. The financials, the dollars and cents of the company.

Question 1: Do you understand the business?
Question 2: Does the business have a competitive advantage?
